Halloween is coming; and the hunt for the perfect costume is finished.. Bennett is so thrilled with his choice, he wears it at all times day and night!!

Johnny played the ukulele for the crowds while we waited for our ferry.. he did get a Victoria's Secret free underwear coupon!

August

Well, summer's over I guess... the last part of August, Johnny, his family, Bennett, and I all went to San Diego. We had so much fun! We went to Sea World, we saw the SS Midway, we went to the beach, and just really enjoyed each others company. We saw the first hotel in California to have lightbulbs.. how exciting! We also spent some quality time at this hat shop that had any kind of hat ever made! Bennett liked the hot dog hat. We stayed on Coronado Island and the weather was awesome! We didn't want to ever come home! School started right after our return.. :*(

So here are a couple shots of Chicago.. we had so much fun! Beautiful city, and whew, real moist!

Ben just Graduated from Piano at the Terrace School of Music. He even got a medal for finishing! It was hard work doing all that practicing- especially for mom! Now he's a little musician, and maybe next year the drums??

So it's summer, and Bennett is growing like a weed. He turned 7 a couple months ago, and he is growing up to be such an incredible little person! What a handsome devil.
